FAMILY OPTOMETRY CARE PC seeks an experienced Manager/Sales Professional for a new full-scope medical eye-care boutique specializing in luxury eyewear, prescription glasses, sunglasses, and children’s eyewear. You’ll lead daily operations, deliver personalized service, and build a repeat customer base in a sophisticated boutique setting.

The ideal candidate brings optical, medical office, or luxury retail experience, strong sales and communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional, personalized experience for every patient and customer.
• Assisting customers with the selection of luxury frames, prescription eyewear, sunglasses, and children’s eyewear.
• Building relationships with patients and developing repeat clientele.
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Processing and coordinating insurance orders.
• Ordering frames and insurance materials.
• Coordinating with lens laboratories and placing lens orders.
• Following up on orders, repairs, and customer requests.
• Maintaining accurate records and inventory.
• Assisting with scheduling and coordinating patient flow.
• Working closely with opticians, optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other staff.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sophisticated boutique environment.
• Handling customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally.
• Helping develop and maintain the boutique's luxury brand and customer experience.
