Qualifications

• Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent extensive optical experience.
• Significant management experience, ideally with several years in an eye care leadership role.
• Background in private practice strongly preferred.
• Experience working in an optical lab is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated professionalism, exceptional communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Willingness to travel between locations as required.
