Eyetastic Services in New Jersey is seeking an Optical Manager to lead a sophisticated private practice, delivering a five-star patient experience in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

You will supervise optics staff, manage inventory and lab workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and travel between multiple offices as needed. The ideal candidate holds an LDO or has extensive optical leadership experience with a professional, polished demeanor.

Qualifications

• LDO or equivalent extensive optical experience required.
• Significant management experience, ideally in eye care leadership.
• Background in private practice strongly preferred.
• Experience working in an optical lab is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated professionalism, exceptional communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the optical department to ensure a five-star patient experience.
