Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical or computer engineering.
• 3+ years in optical communications or components.
• 3+ years developing test scripts for optics validation.
• 2+ years with optical transceivers and IEEE standards.
• 2+ years working with suppliers and qualifications.
• 2+ years with Python or similar automation language.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated tools and standardized processes for high-volume optical testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish testing frameworks and QA procedures.
• Identify operation issues with network teams and improve quality and RMA processes.
• Assist in rack deployment and bring-up improvements.
• Improve link error handling efficiency with network operations.
