Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Optical Components Center (OCC), leading ultra-precision machining, additive manufacturing, and coating processes to deliver complex optical components and electronic systems.

You will oversee production flow, quality, schedule and cost goals across multiple work cells, and mentor a cross-functional team while coordinating fabrication, photolithography, and thin-film coating operations to meet programs and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership/management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment of at least 1 year
• Prior team leadership experience
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
• Microsoft Office suite knowledge, skills, and experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to facility requirements
• Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or Weekend Shifts

• Prioritizing hardware through various production stages and communicating status updates to leadership
• Managing quality, schedule, and cost goals across several work cells
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize workflows
