Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Optical Components Center (OCC), leading ultra-precision machining, additive manufacturing, and coating processes to deliver complex optical components and electronic systems.

You will oversee production flow, quality, schedule and cost goals across multiple work cells, and mentor a cross-functional team while coordinating fabrication, photolithography, and thin-film coating operations to meet programs and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership/management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment of at least 1 year
• Prior team leadership experience
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
• Microsoft Office suite knowledge, skills, and experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to facility requirements
• Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or Weekend Shifts

As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be at the helm of coordinating multiple processes, ensuring smooth production flow, and meeting key performance goals.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
