Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related degree.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in complex electro-optical DoD production.
• Expert knowledge of high-volume electro-optical manufacturing, including assembly, test, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production quality, timelines, and costs through data-driven management.
• Assess issues and develop mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Develop and implement approaches to consistently meet or exceed delivery commitments.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of salaried and hourly staff.
• Oversee workforce management: manpower planning, training, hiring, development, and performance evaluations.
• Align production efforts with program goals and company objectives.
• Coordinate Corrective Action Planning.
• Willing to travel up to 10% and work onsite.
