Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required for full-time employment.
• Entry-level: no specific prior work experience required; training provided.
• Proficient: minimum six (6) months of optical manufacturing experience prior to skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Process orders using tracing and labeling systems and prepare for scanning and shipping.
• Operate finishing equipment, mount lenses, and tint and inspect lenses as required.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety guidelines per SOPs.
• Meet production expectations and report defects to supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve work environment.
