Job summary

ABB Optical Group is hiring an Optical Lab Technician for a Monday–Friday 11:00 AM–7:45 PM schedule. You will process lab work, measure frames, tint lenses, and ensure quality control across finishing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level role; training provided to perform minimum functions.
• Six months optical manufacturing experience recommended for assessment.

Responsibilities

• Operate tracing and measurement equipment; prepare lenses and trays.
• Invoice and package finished jobs; sort and bin frames and lenses.
• Mount and tint lenses; inspect, sand, and finish lenses for assembly.
• Maintain tools and machines; comply with safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Meet production targets and participate in team discussions.
