The Lab Technician assists the Lab Manager in the operations of the lab ensuring quality and same-day service standards are met.

Job Description

What would you do? – The Specifics

1. Operate all lab machinery to fabricate quality eyewear that conforms to Company standards and tolerances.
2. Perform machine maintenance.
3. Ensure that store cleanliness and waste disposal policies are adhered to at all times.
4. Maintain awareness of same-day service using “Ready When Promised” production board.
5. Accurately and promptly complete all required paperwork/documentation.
6. Build strong, supportive, and constructive relationships with doctors, peers, and company leaders.

2. Ability to learn how to operate and maintain lab machinery and equipment.
3. Detail-oriented. Must be able to accurately transcribe words and numbers.
