Job Overview

The Lab Technician supports the Lab Manager in daily lab operations, ensuring quality standards and same-day service are maintained.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate lab machinery to produce high-quality eyewear meeting company standards.
2. Perform routine machine maintenance.
3. Maintain store cleanliness and waste disposal policies.
4. Monitor same-day service using the “Ready When Promised” production board.
5. Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
6. Build strong relationships with doctors, peers, and leadership.

Qualifications

1. Previous lab experience is preferred.
2. Ability to learn and operate lab machinery.
3. Detail-oriented with accuracy in transcription of words and numbers.
4. Professional appearance and attitude.
5. Commitment to excellent customer service.
