Lens Source Optical Lab (LSOL) is seeking a meticulous Technician to join the Finish Side department. You will manage workflow, balance jobs, and insert lenses into frames, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to maintain organization while supporting lab operations, customer service, and shipping functions. HIPAA compliance is a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience delivering high-level customer service preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality compliance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, balance and prioritize jobs in Finish Side.
• Inventory control - picking and receiving.
• Order management - data entry and processing.
• Perform Check In, Layout, Insert, and Check Out functions in Finish Side.
• Assist finish production lead through effective communication.
• Maintain organized and clean work area and equipment.
• Support lab, customer service, and Shipping & Receiving.
