Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.

• Able to prioritize, stay organized and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and motivates others to follow work instructions.
• Completes equipment calibration and setup; reports maintenance issues to Supervisor.
• Identifies quality, process, and workflow problems and informs Supervisor of recurring issues.
• Participates in training of Associates; mentors new hires and cross-trains staff.
• Communicates with Supervisor; participates in team meetings and facility focus groups.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and reports safety/health issues to Supervisor.
• Supports and monitors safety requirements and policy adherence.
• Follows company policies and supports management decisions.
