Walmart Sam's Club in Amarillo, TX is seeking an Optical Manager (Non-Certified) to oversee the optical department under optometric supervision. You will lead the team, ensure accurate eyewear measurements, fittings, and service, and drive sales through merchandising and member-focused care.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year's optical experience.
• Must obtain ABO certification within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead department sales growth through effective merchandising and pricing.
• Forecast sales trends and align assortments with member needs and local patterns.
• Oversee eyewear measurements, fittings, and lens parameters under supervision.
• Manage training, scheduling, and performance of the optical team.
