Sam's Club is seeking a qualified Optical Department Supervisor to lead the team, oversee eyewear and contact lens services, and ensure accurate measurements under optometric supervision. The role includes staff development, training, and ensuring high service standards to meet member needs.

You will coordinate with labs and suppliers, supervise daily operations, and drive continuous improvement in revenue performance while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Minimum two years of college completed or equivalent.
• 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; ABO certification within 15 months.

Responsabilidades

• Leads optical department operations, including eyewear and contact lens services, under optometric supervision.
• Oversees precise eyewear measurements, fittings, and lens parameter verification.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains accurate, compliant documentation.
