You will manage measurements, frame adjustments, and lens parameters while promoting optical services, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and building strong community relationships with local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years college or equivalent completed.
• ABO certification required within 15 months of hire.
• Meet requirements to work as Optical associate under state optics regulations.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent upon entry or within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Leads department sales growth through merchandising, pricing, inventory oversight and seasonal execution.
• Forecasts sales trends and aligns assortments with member needs and local market patterns.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation; maintains safety standards.
• Oversees eyewear measurements, fittings, adjustments and contact lens education.
• Leads, trains, and develops the optical team and coordinates with labs and optometrists.
• Promotes optical services and builds local relationships through community outreach.
