• Maintains safety, calibration, and HIPAA compliance in the optical area.
• Manages hiring, training, performance, and recognition of the optical team.
• Coordinates labs, suppliers, and doctors for orders and corrective actions.
• Ensures quality service standards and prompt resolution of member inquiries.
