Qualifications

• Maintain active state licensure and Optician in Charge status.

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory oversight.
• Oversee eyewear and contact lens consultations under optometric supervision.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation; mentor the optical team.
