Qualifications

• Maintain active state licensure and/or registration, including meeting continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center by ensuring merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, signing and inventory control.
• Provide supervision, training and development opportunities for Vision Center Associates, fostering teamwork and belonging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety programs, audit processes and confidentiality of customer information.
