Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight and seasonal execution.
• Forecasts sales trends and aligns product assortments with member needs and local patterns.
• Leads community outreach and builds relationships to promote optical services and brand presence.
• Oversees eyewear measurements, fittings, adjustments under supervision, and HIPAA compliant documentation.
