• Forecasts sales trends and aligns product assortments with member needs, community demographics, and local patterns.
• Monitors competitive pricing and adjusts strategies to strengthen market relevance and financial targets.
• Leads community outreach to promote optical services and strengthen local relationships.
• Leads, coaches, and develops the optical team through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversees the accuracy of optical measurements, fittings, and education under supervision; ensures safety and documentation.
