Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent to sit for ABO exam.
• Must obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire.
• Licensure requirements per state for apprentice or licensed optician.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise in Optical area and process transactions.
• Educate members on eyewear usage and care.
• Assist in measuring and fitting eyewear and lenses.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and process insurance claims where applicable.
