Job summary

Walmart Inc., in Casper, WY, seeks an Optical Associate, Non-Certified – Sam’s Club to support optical services. You will assist members with eyewear decisions, measure pupillary distance, process orders, and maintain the Optical area.

You will be trained to obtain ABO certification, work with a team, and help ensure accurate prescriptions and smooth patient flow in a busy club setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent at entry or within 12 months.
• Must obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire.
• Must meet state licensure/ar Apprenticeship requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Optical area and assist members with purchases and repairs.
• Process eyewear orders, appointments, and payments.
• Educate members on eyewear usage and lens care; verify prescription information.
• Ensure accurate pupillary distance measurements and lens fittings.
