Responsibilities

• Assist members with eyewear purchases, measure pupillary distance and lens fitting.
• Order eyewear and contact lenses, process payments and insurance claims.
• Perform frame repairs, adjust and inspect eyewear before dispensing.
• Assist with pre-testing and OD services under supervision; use labs for status updates.
