Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent upon job entry or within 12 months of hire in order to sit for American Board of Opticianry (ABO) exam.
• Must obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire or job entry.
• Must complete state-required optician licensure within 18 months of hire or job entry for full-time associates, unless otherwise required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Stock and present eyewear and manage inventory across the Optical area.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, measurements, and repairs; process orders and payments.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and coordinate with labs and optometrists for status and updates.
