Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent upon job entry or within 12 months of hire in order to sit for ABO exam.
• Must obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire or job entry.
• Willingness and ability to work with Manager to register and maintain own NPI number as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; handles claims and returns.
• Educates members on eyewear usage and supports contact lens insertion, removal, and hygiene guidance.
• Sells optical products by assisting with purchases, measurements, repairs, and completing eyewear orders and lens prescriptions.
• Performs measurements like pupillary distance and lens position for various lenses using manual and digital systems; completes final inspection of eyewear.
