Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock and present optical merchandise; set up displays and price items correctly.
• Assist members with eyewear fitting, measurements, and orders; verify prescription data.
• Process optical and contact lens orders; handle payments, refunds, and insurance claims where applicable.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and assist in OD services under supervision.
