Visionworks is seeking a store supervisor/assistant manager in Paxton, MA to lead the team, model Visionworks standards, and supervise the store in the GM's absence. You will coach staff, drive sales, and ensure a seamless patient journey.

Competitive full-time role with a pay rate of $19.58–$25.94 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth in a busy optical retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote profitability by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Supervise and coach associates in exam lanes and sales floor.
• Coordination of doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and motivate staff to ensure a flawless patient experience.
• Resolve issues in the patient journey in partnership with the GM.
• Execute broad operational activities to hit financial and customer experience goals.
