Job summary

BlueForce Inc. seeks candidates for an Aircrew Scheduler to support Bomber Squadron Operations across multiple AF bases, coordinating training, qualification, and mission scheduling to ensure currency and readiness.

The role requires US citizenship, a Secret clearance, 2+ years of scheduling experience, and proficiency with PEX or similar systems; you will work with wing leadership and maintenance to maintain full coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum two years of experience with PEX or similar scheduling system.
• Knowledge of national, DoD and U.S. Air Force regulatory policies for logistics and operations.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and present facts and conclusions for leadership briefs/papers.
• Strong oral communication skills to inform leadership and lead process teams.
• Strong written communication skills for publications and updates.
• US Citizen; eligible for Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers and DO to arrange schedules for training and currency.
• Build long- and short-range aircrew schedules to ensure full coverage of all crew and support personnel.
• Track leaves, TDYs, medical appointments, and deconflict schedules with flight leadership.
• Update scheduling data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and related databases.
• Publish scheduling data for training events and missions.
• Coordinate with Wing Scheduling and external agencies for exercise schedules.
• Attend planning/coordination meetings and support scheduling deconfliction.
