Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with Operations to identify and screen quality Operations candidates.

The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, innovative sourcing, and building candidate pipelines to support staffing needs across the region. The position emphasizes partnership with Operations, interview planning, sourcing via Indeed/LinkedIn, and offering letters with negotiation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years recruiting for Operations management in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to manage lead generation, creative sourcing and cold calling.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
• Successful completion of annual store training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations to develop regional recruiting strategy using TA and labor market data.
• Plan interview and selection processes including screening and interviews.
• Identify sourcing methods (Indeed, LinkedIn) and research best practices.
• Create offer letters and assist onboarding and negotiation of terms.
• Train Operators on employment processes and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Attend open houses and college recruiting events to identify candidates.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and track progress.
