Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with Operations and ensure quality hourly candidates are identified and screened to meet staffing needs in the assigned region.

You will develop sourcing strategies and manage the full-cycle hiring process to provide a positive candidate experience. This role requires building pipelines through channels like Indeed and LinkedIn, coaching Operations on interview techniques, conducting open houses, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum three years of recruiting for Operations management in a retail/hospitality company.
• Experience with lead generation, creative sourcing, and cold calling.
• Successful completion of annual store training and food handler requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops regional recruiting strategy with Operations using Talent Acquisition data.
• Plans interview and selection process including in-person/virtual interviews.
• Identifies candidate sourcing methods (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Supports offer letters, compensation negotiations, and onboarding.
• Trains Operators on employment processes and recruitment marketing.
• Conducts open houses and college recruiting events in the market.
