Job summary

Harris Health System in Texas seeks an HRIS Analyst II to ensure HRIS is accurately represented in daily operations. You will support all HRIS applications deployed across Harris Health, handle more complex administrative tasks, and address project queries with timely, reliable results.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with HRIS experience (Healthcare preferred) or a High School Diploma with substantial HRIS experience; ERP cloud systems and ServiceNow experience are a plus.

Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst II ensures that the operational interests of all Human Resources areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the HRIS Department. This role demonstrates and applies an understanding of project frameworks, lifecycles, and project management concepts, techniques, tools, and best practices. Supports all applications deployed within the Harris Health System. Handles more complex administrative tasks related to the assigned projects and ensure they are completed on time, accurate, and handle more complex project queries.

Education / Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' experience HRIS of which 1 year in Healthcare is preferred

OR

High School Diploma / GED and 7 years' experience HRIS of which 1 year in Healthcare is preferred
