Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience in package handler or related environment.
• Military experience or supervisory exposure.
• In lieu of experience, 2+ years of college or associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Plan, organize, and control day-to-day operations.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on safety and procedures.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to the team.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and governmental regulations.
