Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six months in package handling, warehouse, or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong reading of data and use of MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture initiatives and support related programs.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, evaluate, and manage staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control daily operations.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation and cost control.
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvement plans.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals; speak to groups as needed.
• Develop and administer employee relations and safety programs.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues; escalate when needed.
• Train new staff on duties and FXG policies and quality requirements.
• Mentor junior Operations Supervisors and promote skill development.
• Adapt quickly to changing needs; maintain positive, professional leadership.
