Job summary

MyStaff in West Omaha is seeking an Operations Strategy & Planning Manager to improve processes and standardize procedures across locations. You will partner with leadership to drive growth, efficiency, and scalable operations.

The role blends strategy with hands-on execution: identify opportunities, develop KPIs, visit sites nationwide, and lead cross‑functional projects to turn ideas into action while planning for staffing and technology needs.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in operations, process improvement or similar.
• Experience across multiple locations or departments.
• Strong Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma knowledge a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and improve workflows.
• Strong communication with ops teams and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify ways to make current operations more efficient and consistent.
• Visit locations to assess what's working and what needs improvement.
• Develop and implement standardized processes across sites.
• Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage cross‑department and multi‑location projects.
• Develop KPIs and use data to measure outcomes and opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to turn ideas into action.
• Plan for future growth including staffing, technology, and ops needs.
• Provide leadership with recommendations, progress updates, and results.
