Job summary

MoboTrex is seeking an Operations and Sales Account Representative to bridge customer sales with internal supply chain and production operations. You will prepare accurate quotes and orders, coordinate material flow, track inventory, and support warehouse activities.

Ideal candidates bring experience in warehouse operations, ERP systems, and strong communication skills to work with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of ERP or inventory systems (CSI or equivalent preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related business software.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory systems accurate and up to date, including issuing purchase orders to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Manage the shipping and receiving of ITS equipment, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in the ERP system.
• Review and process incoming orders for traffic equipment, verifying product specifications, pricing, and timely delivery.
• Partner with MoboTrex and third-party vendors to track shipments, resolve delivery concerns, and ensure commitments are met.
