Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and clear expectations.
• Drive store performance by reviewing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Ensure customer service standards and Open Door policies are followed.
• Manage merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet sales goals.
• Promote a culture of belonging and continuous learning among associates.
