Job summary

• Firearms CBC and Firearms training where applicable.
• Attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams; teach, train, listen to associates; communicate goals.
• Drive store financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues for a high-quality experience.
