Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading and developing associates.
• Proven ability to deliver projects and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
• Mentor leads and associates; coach and develop talent.
• Participate in strategic planning and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies and performance metrics.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture aligned with Carvana values.
• Maintain supervisory staff through recruitment, orientation and training.
• Coordinate training and certification processes for staff.
• Provide competency-based feedback and coaching to team.
• Ensure adequate production capacity and assist with planning.
• Ensure health, safety and loss prevention guidelines are followed.
• Guide the team toward meeting performance metrics and continuous improvement.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
