Job summary

Alma is seeking an Operations Manager for its revenue cycle management team. This full-time, remote role focuses on using data-driven insights to eliminate bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and support providers with a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional work experience in an Operations role, ideally within startup, healthcare implementation, healthcare consulting, or revenue cycle management.
• 2-4 years of people management experience handling teams of non-exempt and exempt direct reports.
• Strong data-driven decision-making, process design, and execution abilities.
• Experience leveraging AI to drive speed to results.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks and scale processes using data and analytics.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering, BI, CX Strategy, and Core Ops teams to measure impact of tools, processes, and launches.
• Analyze program data to track efficiency and report insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Strategize staffing plans with leadership to align with technology roadmaps and forecasting.
• Lead and coach a core operations team including direct reports and remote frontline workers.
