Job summary

Peraton, located in Laurel, MD, seeks an Operations Manager I to deliver customer solutions and Help Desk support for the Content and Event Warehouses. You will resolve end user tickets, escalate issues to Developers, review system logs, and respond to feature requests or performance concerns.

Required TS/SCI with poly, a technical field degree or equivalent experience, and strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.
• A technical field degree or equivalent experience is considered.
• Strong customer service and organization skills are required.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in these tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer solutions Help Desk support for Content and Event Warehouses.
• Resolve end user tickets and escalate issues to Developers as needed.
• Review system logs for errors and respond to feature requests or performance complaints.
• Educate users and other help desks on system usage.
