Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Operations Manager I to provide customer solutions Help Desk support for the Content and Event Warehouses. The role involves resolving end user tickets, escalating to developers, reviewing logs, and educating users on system operations.

A TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required. The ideal candidate has a technical degree with 5+ years of relevant experience and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical field is highly desired which will be considered equivalent to two years of experience. A master's degree in a technical field will be considered equivalent to four years of experience.
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar degree will be considered as a technical field.
• Experience with JIRA ticketing system and Confluence.
• Five years or more of relevant experience with these tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer solutions Help Desk support for the Content and Event Warehouses.
• Resolve end user help desk tickets and escalate issues to Developers.
• Review system logs for errors.
• Respond to user tickets requesting new features or complaints about performance.
• Educate users and other help desks on how the system works.
