Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Clean CDL and OSHA 10 or 30 card required.
• Legal work eligibility in the United States; 2–4 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the operations team and develops team members.
• Oversees drivers and helpers to ensure safety and goals are met.
• Implements tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and goal achievement.
• Onboards newly hired drivers to align with Casella's core values.
• Monitors and coaches performance and ensures policy compliance.
• Investigates accidents and disputes and documents accordingly.
• Creates logistics plans to improve route density and efficiency.
• Participates in training to expand knowledge and support company vision.
