Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a seed-stage, AI-native software startup in NYC to hire a Special Projects Associate. This on-site role is execution-focused from day one, with room to grow. Youll collaborate with senior team members on GTM, customer support, and operational projects.

Ideal candidates are 1–3 years into their career, highly organized, AI-savvy, and ready to take ownership with minimal supervision. Hands-on with Google Ads, GA4, and GTM are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, agency, operations, or GTM team.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• AI fluency and daily use of AI tools across CRM, billing, automation, analytics, and more.
• Ownership mindset, proactive status updates, and blockers flagged early.
• Experience in customer success, digital marketing, sales, or ad operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational tasks and identify opportunities to automate processes.
• Support marketing execution, including Google Ads campaigns and tracking with GA4/GTM.
• Onboard customers, ensure correct setup, and resolve issues quickly.
• Respond to tickets, manage inboxes, and keep cross-functional projects moving.
• Build and maintain internal processes and documentation.
• Gather data from product, customer, and GTM sources for review.
• Flag process gaps and coordinate with external partners as needed.
• Learn new tools quickly and help others adopt them across GTM stack.
