Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join the fast-paced operations team. As an OA, you will perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and related tasks inside our site and kitchen where applicable. You will support drivers and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment for customers.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to stand and walk for long shifts. Prior experience in retail or food-service is helpful, but not required, and flexible

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Handle, scan and move product safely and efficiently.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
