Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking candidates for its Accelerated Development Program in Operations. The program includes four six-month rotations in OpEx, Materials, Quality, and Plant Leadership, with relocation support across U.S. manufacturing plants.

Candidates should have a BS/BA in an engineering or business discipline with Supply Chain emphasis and a GPA ≥ 3.0, plus leadership and internship or related work experience. Eligible applicants must be U.S.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business with Supply Chain, or Supply Chain GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership: school clubs, sports captain, resident advisor, or lead work projects.
• Work experience: internship or six months related work experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Willing to relocate for rotations; U.S. work-authorized without sponsorship.
• Geographically flexible during and after program.

Responsibilities

• Rotations include OpEx, Materials, Quality, Plant Leadership, each six months.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing during rotations.
• Participate in production planning, inventory optimization, and logistics.
