Job summary

Trane Technologies in Wisconsin offers an Accelerated Development Program in Operations for recent graduates, featuring four six-month rotations across OpEx, Materials, Quality and Plant Leadership, with relocation assistance for moves over 50 miles.

Participants gain hands-on experience in lean manufacturing, production planning, and leadership, with exposure to senior leaders and opportunities to advance within the manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business with Supply Chain, or Supply Chain GPA ≥3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership: school clubs, sports, resident advisor, or project leadership.
• Internship or six months of related work experience in a degree area.
• Willing to relocate and travel as needed; U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Rotations include OpEx, Materials, Quality, Plant Leadership; each six months.
• Two physical moves with relocation assistance for moves ≥50 miles.
• Work in selected U.S. manufacturing plants; address business needs with developmental experiences.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing, planning, and safety improvements.
