Job summary

Watlow, based in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks a Manager, Opportunity to Order to own the global O2O landscape.

You will lead a team of business analysts, configure and demonstrate capabilities across Oracle CX Sales/Order Management and Commerce Cloud, and collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations to optimize the order lifecycle. The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, process optimization, and governance across regional rollouts with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with enterprise business applications, CRM, commerce, or order management.
• Hands-on with Oracle Cloud including CX Sales/Service and Order Management.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash lifecycle and pricing data.
• Experience leading business analysts or functional teams while staying hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for the Opportunity to Order service area and its integration across CRM, commerce, pricing, and order management.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Engineering and eCommerce leaders to align systems.
• Hands-on ownership: configure, test, and demonstrate new features to the business.
• Run intake for incidents, enhancements, and new initiatives with value-based prioritization.
• Lead and develop a team of business analysts and manage capacity.
• Build a disciplined support model with triage, escalation, and governance.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to streamline processes.
• Ensure complete requirements, end-to-end tests, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Hold AMS and implementation partners accountable for quality and delivery.
• Provide leadership health metrics on backlog, risks, and decisions.
