Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple Tennessee centers, including Harriman and Jacksboro. This role requires managing staff, ensuring compliance with OBOT standards, and coordinating with the governance authority.

Applicants should have supervisory experience in an OPOT/OBOT setting and familiarity with substance use treatment. The position offers travel across centers and a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have supervisory experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program.
• Experience with substance abuse or mental health populations is preferred.
• Must meet state licensure, education and experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and support staff as needed.
• Ensure OBOT standards and regulatory procedures are followed.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage schedules.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties to improve service delivery.
• Maintain DEA patient records and clinician registrations.
