Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple outpatient OBOT centers. You will ensure compliance with OBOT standards, regulatory requirements, and governance directives while supervising staff and coordinating with the Area Manager.

The role involves traveling to center locations, conducting staff interviews, providing orientation, and maintaining DEA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program and with supervisory experience.
• The Program Supervisor must meet state-defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and provide assistance where needed, dependent on licensure and ability.
• Oversee adherence to OBOT Operational Standards and regulatory procedures from applicable authorities.
• Perform duties as directed by supervisor and governance authority.
• Screen and interview new associates for hire and submit requests for approval.
• Orient new associates and complete new hire policies and orientations.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and manage PTO requests.
• Maintain program documentation in accordance with DEA regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to inform and improve service.
• Coordinate with Operations Support Team to address center needs.
• Review policies, present information to leadership, and implement procedures.
• Manage program staff and interact with patients, visitors, and community members.
• Conduct internal audits to analyze program performance.
